Does anyone know if those youtube videos can be downloaded? and if can, how? thanks.

Yeah there are extractors online. The saved file will be in .flv format.

dl a FLV player to view. -
Or just download CinemaForge and convert the .flv files into .avi or .rm or .wmv or .mpeg files.

Allow the player to stream play the movie you are watching until the meter register the download to be complete. Take note of the video ID.
At the internet explorer click "tools" - "internet options" - at the "general" tab select "settings" and at the new dialog box select "view files" to access the cache window.
Drag and drop the file into your designated directory or folder and rename it if you prefer to.
Download cinemaforge or other video encoding software/ programes to encode the file into playable format (e.g mpg/avi/wmv etc)
Please note that if you have FLV player installed in your computer prior to downloading or streaming of the clip/s, some of the clip files at the internet cache may be forced into the FLV format and thus you may have to work your way around it to convert it into other player formats. To prevent this, uninstall FLV player fist before you download the clip to force it to stay in the raw file format. -
Or you can use an addon if you are using mozilla, its called the videoDownloader

I have seen the error of my ways... BTW, cenimaforge got a hosting disabled limitation... Does that mean I can't copy it or that I just can't host it on the net???
