Not too sure what's causing it, got to call up Dell. They probably connected one of the cables or devices wrongly, causing a power surge.
If your comp is new (bought last year or this year) I think it will be solved if you change the Power Supply Unit. The ones they use are usually under rated or under powered.Originally posted by Kismet:They?

If after replacing the PSU and still shows this message, then a device inside may have a leaking capacitor, or that one or more capacitors are swollen or leaking.
