  Any web browser can view animated gifs. The problem lies in your slow internet speed, or if you've somehow disabled that feature.

  For IE, due to Microsoft losing a lawsuit, you might have to activate certain things on a website in order to view the animated gifs.
  
  For other browsers, the problem is not there. And please do not press Esc when it's loading. For Firefox, if you use an addon called NoScript, please allow scripts on that website. Otherwise, practically nothing will show on the website except text.
