MSN will prompt you to add the user first, before sending anything to you.

Are you using XP? If yes, go to My Documents > My Received Files (that's the default location where MSN will save received files, if you changed it, navigate to the location you've set). Check the dates of all the files. See which one you just received.
Maybe or maybe not. Double check just in case. Update your antivirus and anti-spywares before scanning.Originally posted by Cenarious:could he have sent me a virus or trojan or something?
it already was set like thisOriginally posted by ndmmxiaomayi:Either it has not been sent, or it's being hidden somewhere on the computer. Show hidden files and folders on the PC.
Go to My Computer > Tools > Folder Options.
Select the View tab.
Under Hidden files and folders, select this option: Show hidden files and folders.
Apply the settings and close My Computer. Open My Documents and see what hidden files have been modified today.
All folders inside My Documents must check as well.
Hmm... just scan for viruses and those rubbish first.Originally posted by Cenarious:it already was set like this
