Some Pc help needed

  Hi guys, got a little prob here. A download updates icons suddenly popped up on my tray for no reason. I did not click update and after a day when i started my com. It propmted to to restart to complete updating!!!!! Theres a bloody timer that keeps popping up to ask me to restart my com. So i did...
  
  And i realised my com is bloody sending spamming mail now.. My symantec keeps blocking it and pop ups are jamming filling e screen now and then...
  Did a scan.. Nothing found...lol...So anyone care to shed some light?

  try do a system restore...
  restore to the date before u update..

  I tried afew times...Unable to restore
  Now im trying to do an adware scan..If still cant be helped...Den i'll have to slowly burn out all my stuff and pop in the windows cd liao

  That is Windows Update...
