Webcam cannot work! help...

I bought 2 web cam but cannot work.
After completion the installation driver everything, the windows still detect it as a new driver.
and i cannot use the webcam.
USB connection is working properly. HELP! -
USB is usually plug and play. Windows should detect automatically. With the web cam connected, restart your computer. Wait a while for everything to load and till Windows say it's fully installed.
Try using after that. -

When it restart, the windows still pop out new hardware detect(show usb connection is still ok). But i cannot used the web cam it stated no webcam is installed.
haiz.. i though the first one i bought is spoilt so get a new logitect , now still the same....

Correct driver installed? Some CDs contain all kinds of drivers for every known product they produce. Check the model of your web cam. Uninstall your web cam. Look for the correct driver and re-install it.
