Hi my friend recently encounter this prob whereby she cant use her admin user.
here is wad happen:
She switched on her computer and after loading, the welcome page (the one where u select your acc) appeared but with a msg. It said that her local profile is corrupted and that she should contact my adminstrator. She clicked ok. And she is still returned to her admin acc. Then another message appeared again This time it said
they cannot find her local profile so they will sign her in to the temporary one.
And it also mentioned r that I anything I do in the temporary profile will not be saved. When she went to control panel, user accounts, she received another msg again. this time it said cant move focus to control as it is invisible, not enabled or is of a type that does not accept focus. And when she went to my docu. all files are gone. Anyone knows what happen? thx
