there is a card installed at the inner front face of your computer case and sad to say every case manufacturer may install one card with a forma factor and circuit design standard to their own specifications. if u insist on that card if the one in your pc case is damaged or confirm unusable then the only way is to approach the case OEM manufacturer. other wise there are standard expension slots at the from and rear of your PC case that faciliates usb port expansions. some comes in the standard 3.5" width slot while some 5.25" width slot. rear expansions comes in brakets while you can also expand it externally with a hub like what an earlier post highlighted.
if you are tokin about connection, please consult your mobo wiring and connector diagram from the user manual and cross -reference it with the wiring diagram with your PC case. If your's an OEM PC from Dell/ Acer/ IBM etc then for the mobo connector details you have to contact the OEM technical support.
As a rule of the thumb for most P4 and AMD64 builds the standard are as follows:

the diagram should explain itself when you have the cable labeled USB from the PC case in your hands
usb front expansion ports can be modded with hardware available in retails e.g
