  Note: Old AVG Antivirus users will not be upgraded automatically. You have to download the new version, uninstall the old version and then install this new version.

  Yes. It's the free one.
  
  The anti-spyware can be used with other anti-spywares programs as well.
  
  Just don't use two antivirus.
  
  It won't be free if you intend to use AVG Internet Security Suite 7.5.
