  I am interested to know if there is any programs that can scan for hardware or software component errors in my com and repair them?
  
  Any recomendations that are safe to use?

  Get an A+ certification and you will have lots of tools to use.
  
  Otherwise, go Google PCMark, PassMark and whatever marks out there. Those are the tools technicians use to find out.
