  Any knows how to change window blinds to something else i see on the net? For example to this
  Window blinds changes the look and feel of your Windows Deskop by applying visual styles to your entire Windows environment. When a visual style is applied, they change nearly every elements of the Windows GUI such as title bars, push buttons, the Start bar, and more. Thanks in advance.
