Error when posting in blog

  I got this message when I tried to publish a new post in our Blogger blog. The link is in my signature.
  
  "001 java.net.ConnectException: Connection refusedblog/9/24/1/5709miles/archives/2006_10_01_5709miles_archive.html"
  
  What went wrong? Was a post too offensive?
