Start bar SOS

  Please help me guys, I have never ran into this kind of problem. Not really terrible, just very irritating.
  
  Just happened when i on com today.
  
  I opened up many windows, but none showed up in the Start bar. (pic below)
  
  
  
  When I disable the Quick Launch, the Language bar seemed to take up the entire Start bar. When right click on anywhere in the Start bar, options for Lan bar came out (pic below)
  
  
  
  When I disable Language bar, the whole of Start bar disappeared!!! (pic below)
  
  
  
  Hell i never see a problem like that before. Any help is appreciated. Tks

  Try ending explorer and start it again.
  
  Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to bring up task manager.
  
  Select the Processes tab.
  
  Find explorer.exe and click End Process.
  
  You will lose the whole desktop temporarily.
  
  Restart it by going to File > New Task (Run...)
  
  Type in explorer.exe
  
  See if it works.
