How to use "translate" using my Office XP?

  Hi guys~
  
  Hmm... my Japanese teacher has been telling me to use my words to translate some words from English-Jap and Jap-English using the Translate in MSword. But... After i install all the regional Setting stuffs for my window and even changing my unicode to japanese~ i still can't translate~ There's only French-English and English-French.
  
  Can anyone tell me how?
  
  (P.S: My extremely old PC with Office 2003 can use the translation but the MSword 2003 comes with the restore disk so... there's no chance i can use it from my pc here...)
  
  Really need help please!

  You need to install the Microsoft Proofing Tools for Office 2003 to have the Eng-Jap/Jap-Eng translation tool...
  
  As for the Proofing Tools, you need to buy the CD...

  double click on micorsoft language setting ...
  
  can be found under start > programs > microsoft office > ms office tools
  
  than scroll and find japanese and add it .. than ok .. restart ms word will do

  What's proofing tools? i have the CD but which one?
