  recommend not to use IE 7.. damn hell lagg.. go the adobe download page hang liao.. i use opera still much faster lor..

  All versions of Windows starting from XP has to be validated.
  
  You can't skip validation.

  previous microsoft programs are to be validated before download which u can't download from micorsoft site if u cant validate.But still can get the source from other sites then install but now the validation is embedded in the exe itself ... muz validate before install.
  was thinking maybe some way to skip validation like adobe ones..

  Probably will be able to, when the hackers got their way.

  And frankly, it might not happen because IE is so unpopular.
