I think i got scammed.

  Today i bought a 2.5" 80gb samsung hdd with enclosure. That guy told me got receipt and so but then he didn't give it to me. Then, he also didn't give me the warranty card. He said the hdd still got 3 year of warranty, i can check from samsung company with the s/n. Is it true?

  quite fishy............service centre would still want to see wty card and proof of purchase.........

  confirm got scammed. he even rejected my call and turn off his phone. his no. is xxxx1325.

  But was the item not working? If it is working then ok ba... take it as a lesson learnt..
  Not all products need warranty card and proof of purchase to claim warranty too... i just need to register my x360 online to be eligible for warranty service. That day when i brought it to exchange for a replacement unit, they didnt even request my proof of purchase.

  Second hand goods probably they won't entertain...
  
  They usually will ask for warranty and barely check receipts. Just ask him for the warranty.
