They are fake antivirus!!!
Norton can't do anything to them if detected... there are specialized tools to clean them...
As for the copy of Norton, I'm not too sure. Usually educational copies can install up to 5 copies. It differs from company to company.
The expiry date starts one year from the day you installed it.
