  Windows 2000 and above or Windows 2000 and below?

  enter from safe mode, or go to task manager and set what problem to run at start up, and uninstall it lor. if fails, post it at hardwarezone see what help they can give you

  go to www.google.com
  input: Spyware Quake
  and hit enter
  first three search result is what u are looking for my son
  i recommend u the second one cos the website come from a trustful website but then the first one from the search engine is the well known solution for it

  What I suggest is you go here www.superantispyware.com and install the free version. Then check for updates to the program to make sure its up-to-date.
  
  Then, restart the comp and go into safe mode. You know just before the Windows XP logo come out (the one with the bar moving) press F8.
  
  Select Safe Mode.
  Then launch Superantispyware and scan the system see what it finds.
  
  Spyware Quake is listed as a rouge antispyware product meaning its bluff people one lah, "anti-spyware" product. Read about it here: http://www.spywarewarrior.com/rogue_anti-spyware.htm
  
  If you can save the results of the scan, try to post it back here. Be careful and avoid such programs again in the future. Also, make sure you make it a good habit to check Windows Update periodically for updates.
