Either you have virus (MS Blaster is a famous one) or some hardware is giving you problems. Most likely it's a motherboard, because others will give keep giving you beeps.

and I just updated my graphics driver and now when I scroll a page up and down it's damn laggy...........arghh.
Something might have gone wrong with Windows installation, you might want to reinstall Windows again.
