Yahoo Homepage Error

  I got this error when I tried to access my homepage which is Yahoo Singapore.
  
  What dooes it mean? I already scanned for viruses anyway.

  But I can access to the International Yahoo page though.

  orhh... hmmm i do sometimes keep clicking on my Homepage tab... tats y they blocked it...?? bandwith problem??
  
  hmmm i got this prob yesterday too... but it was solved after a short period of time..

  Partly yes.
  
  One of the reason given is dynamic IP address. Singapore users use dynamic IP address, this means you might run into problems if it changes quite regularly. It differs from ISP to ISP. If it doesn't work, try changing it to a static one.
  
  Wait for a few more days then logged in again.
