1) I need a router for some reason,but as im changing from wired modem to wireless(changing to singtel) do i still need to buy the router + wireless adaptor
or i just have to buy the wireless adaptor will do coz the modem is wireless????
2)Someone told me that router's strength is strong in areas less than 3 walls from it.But is the "wall" referring to closed wall or any wall that is in the straight line path of the router?
3)I dunno why my pda phone,when i enter numbers into the phone mode,say 98765432 it will become (987) 654-32,although the call still can be made with this format,i dont like it as its unsightly..how do u revert it back to normal input format? -

3. u can try adding 065 in front of ur numbers, the first 3 i think its supposed for country code. how this is format, u try checking the user manual cuz i dunnoe how ur phone works like. -
How much does a wireless-adapter cost?
When my SingNet plans expires, I think I will be upgrading to get the free wireless modem so that my other siblings can also get to use the internet at the same time. -

2. In straight line towards the wireless router... the lesser the obstruction of walls, the better the wireless signal... -
Will it be alright and without any conflict or whatsoever if i buy another modem to connect my computer?SCV Modem to be specific.
The other one will be with my xbox,i thought about the router but as its ard 3 walls from point a to b im sure the signal will be very weak.
