Internet Explorer Problem Need Help!

Hi guys!
I just recently got a new HD to format off my whole HD which has extremely lots of spy/ad wares. (Yah its me, the extreme lotsof spyware on PC guy who asked for help last time lol)
It was all okay until this few days. I start to get "Error" (Runtime error 216 at 031C1C9F) and lotsa Internet explorer error which requires me to select Send/Don't Send's window. And of course, after clicking it, the internet Explorer will be closed.
Both the problem now is giving me extremely lots of headache. It kept closing down my Internet Explorer and i can't even surf properly.
When i was doing my project, all my research was gone becoz it was all closed....
I really need help, anyone has any advise? (Dun wanna format HD) -
how abt using netscape instead?

According to Microsoft, you may have a very nice trojan called SubSeven or Sub7. It is very well-known in the hacker world and is being used by lots of hackers as well.
Update your antivirus, scan and remove any viruses.
To be more kiasu... try all the online scans... do each of them one by one, otherwise, the antivirus would crash each other. In the meantime, get Avant or Maxthon and use. They are both IE-based browsers, so in case your IE crashes so much that you can't do any scans, those 2 would do fine.

Go to download.com and download the most popular free antivirus and spyware removal software. Oh, download another browser other than Internet Explorer too, recommend Firefox. -
