How to view tv programmes on the pc

  how? mobtv need to pay money one...got other ways or not?
  
  last time i heard sim lim got sell one gadget...u slot into usb port then can watch tv liao...true?

  yeah tv tuner card cos around 70 to 200 bucks...Quite good i heard but not sure about how to use it....
