Windows 2000 Login

  I have a system running Windows2000 that has the option to login during startup..I went to disable that option in Control Panel Users and Passwords and restarted the system...No more login screen at startup...then I reboot the system for a 2nd time...this time the login screen came back...
  
  seem like the first restart loaded back the login screen option(which I am supposed to have changed already)
  
  anyone knows how I can make my change permanent?
