someone help me with this prob??

  everytime i off my firewall there will be an error message saying''generic host for win32 services has stop responding''or sth.Then almost everything will stop working...my internet will dc and everything will be dam laggy until i restart my com and switch on my firewall.but sometimes i need to off my firewall to play certain games so i need help to solve this error.is it a virus or something??

  I suspect it could be spyware. Did you tried to scan for virus?

  yea i used zonealarm and scanned...but even after removing a few spyware this problem is still there

  I don't think it has to do with spyware or viruses.
  
  What firewall are you using? Windows firewall? Your router firewall?
  
  If it's these 2, it could be that they are buggy. All these are Windows processes, if they stop working, your computer would crash until you restart. If it's other firewalls, can you post a screenshot of your error if possible?

  i have been encountering this problem too..
  but that pop out only comes when i turn off my zoneAlarm firewall..
  i guess vsmon.exe got some bugs that cause that pop out..

  Hmm... could be that ZoneAlarm hooks on to Windows processes in order to monitor incoming and outgoing connections. Most likely that it's buggy. Version 5.5 is recommended... anything higher than that is too buggy. Or switch to another firewall.

  its like there must be a firewall on to prevent the error from coming out...if my zonealarm firewall is off but my windows firewall is on,it wun come out...but if i off all the firewall it will 100% come out...

  Try this to off Windows Firewall totally:
  
  Start > Run and type in services.msc
  
  Scroll down to Windows Firewall/Internet Connection Sharing (ICS)
  
  
  
  Double click it.
  
  Click on Stop.
  
  Once it had been stopped, changed the Startup type to Disabled. Click OK to apply the settings.

  Press the Print Screen button.
  
  It either shows as Prt Scr or Print Screen, depending on keyboard.
  
  Open up MS Paint (Start > All Programs > Accessories > Paint) or Start > Run and type in mspaint
  
  Press Ctrl + V
  
  Save the image. Upload it to here or here
  
  Copy and paste the codes for the forum. Your image will be shown here.
