LRC File Format for lyrics

  Anyone knows how can I integrate a LRC file into an MP3 song so that it shows the lyrics when I play the MP3 using Windows Media Player?
  
  Situation now is...I have an MP3...a text file in LRC format...but I dunno how to put the two of them together to get the above-mentioned.

  btw...the question is how to create that MP3 file that has LRC lyrics...not how to play the MP3 file.
