Virus bursters removal. Need help!!!

  Hello, i just downloaded this fake thingy called virus bursters. It contained spywares.
  
  I really need help!!. Am searching the removal tool myself in the meantime.
  
  Avast gave me the message of trojans...!!!

  If my calculations are correct, your comp gets infected by spyware/adware/malware/virus/worms/trojan on the average of 3.5 days.
  
  Do you just go around d/ling and installing every single thing that seems like some spyware/adware/malware/virus/worms/trojan removal? If you have such a habit, I recommend you use NOD32 over Avast. Yes, you have to pay for it.

  heres wad happened.
  
  my lavasoft cant delete some spywares, thus i resort to downloading and trying other softwares.

  Your PIII loses approximately 3 hours of its life whenever you do that. 5 hours for a p4.

  Run smitfraudfix.exe.
  
  Press 2 and hit Enter.
  
  Note: After the cleaning, all your desktop settings will be returned to default, meaning having no desktop background, the Start menu button will be green in colour.

  Im sorry mayi but must i do that??
  
  Cos that time i did it my whole desktop w2ent black with NO buttons at all. In the end i did ctrl+alt+del and shut down
  
  And the cmd is quitescary: killing processes, wth!!
  
  Just some of my queries lah. But if you insist i must do scan the thing, ill follow orders
