this is wat i'm gonna do,i done with creative.F*ck them...
I juz got my creative zen vision M on 1st of august...4 months into it,it spoiled.Freaking lousy quality.This is wat i get from a MNC.The problem i have is that the LCD screen crack.MInd u,its not that the fragie LCD surface really cracked,its the interior,as in i can't even see the words,pics,the image is gone n go haywire.N i though i could exchange for a new 1 at creative stores,n the freaking salesperson told me that LCD is NOT COVERED IN THE WARRANTY.THis totally pissed me off.The fellow told me that i muz take extra care of the LCD,n as if i nv did that,the protective screen cover i even nv tear off.I even bough the silicon protective cover the protect my player.I m a careful user.
OK,blamed myself for not knowing the conditions of the warranty,but it is ridiculous.If u wanna give gd customer service to customers,y is it not covered in the warranty?Now that ur products r so freaking lousy and low in quality.The most pissed thing is the quality of the product,i spent 500 on a piece of freaking Shit,lcd spoiled for no reason,i nv press the screen or put it under unfavourable conditons.I had a creative zen micro be4 this vision thing which spoiled for like thrice over the 1yr.As much as i would like to support local products,i m disgustingly appalled by the quality of CREATIVE mp3 players.Ask Sim wong hoo to get a life n improve QC and quality of his products plz.Stop those stupid promotions,slash price promotions.Stop the freaking lexus promotions..
They want me to pay $162 to get it repaired.)(#&%_)(#&!!! -

well..lcd is not in warrenty in any product..the lcd break internally..this mean that a huge pressure was applied on the mp3 player that the lcd screen broke...if u put ur mp3 in ur pocket..it could b that u had accidentally sat on it and broke the screen..

TS nv buy electronic products b4? comestic damages r not covered under the warranty. tis applies to most electronic products other den creative.

TS maybe you are just pure suay man.I have a Zen Micro, infamously known to spoil easily,that is still kicking after two year plus.LCD screen have a big crack across it, dropped countless times liao still working

lol...want perfect lacd not even scratches?go for sapphire crystal...I dunno if this watch company does it for mp3 cause I think they only do it for watches I have the contact pm me if you want...around $70 but the screen will never scratch...

Try to go down to the service centre during weekend and make a scene there, kpkb in front of everyone, make them lao kui, confirm will replace for you
