I juz got my creative zen vision M on 1st of august...4 months into it,it spoiled.Freaking lousy quality.This is wat i get from a MNC.The problem i have is that the LCD screen crack.MInd u,its not that the fragie LCD surface really cracked,its the interior,as in i can't even see the words,pics,the image is gone n go haywire.N i though i could exchange for a new 1 at creative stores,n the freaking salesperson told me that LCD is NOT COVERED IN THE WARRANTY.THis totally pissed me off.The fellow told me that i muz take extra care of the LCD,n as if i nv did that,the protective screen cover i even nv tear off.I even bough the silicon protective cover the protect my player.I m a careful user.
OK,blamed myself for not knowing the conditions of the warranty,but it is ridiculous.If u wanna give gd customer service to customers,y is it not covered in the warranty?Now that ur products r so freaking lousy and low in quality.The most pissed thing is the quality of the product,i spent 500 on a piece of freaking Shit,lcd spoiled for no reason,i nv press the screen or put it under unfavourable conditons.I had a creative zen micro be4 this vision thing which spoiled for like thrice over the 1yr.As much as i would like to support local products,i m disgustingly appalled by the quality of CREATIVE mp3 players.Ask Sim wong hoo to get a life n improve QC and quality of his products plz.Stop those stupid promotions,slash price promotions.Stop the freaking lexus promotions..
