  Something strange happened to my lappie.. suddenly it has a domain!?
  
  the login and logout screen is nt the same as last time too.. ??
  
  how do i disable it?

  Then you aren't on a domain.
  
  Go to Start > Control Panel > Users Account
  
  Select Change the way users log on or off
  
  Tick the Use the Welcome Screen box.
  
  Save the settings, log on and off.

  but they say "client services for netware has disabled the services for welcome screen and use fast user switching, to restore these features you must unstall client services for netware"

  What kind of PC is this?
  
  Home or office PC?
  
  That's because it's using Netware and is installed by an administrator. If it's a coporate PC or it connects to a network not belonging to you (meaning not a home network), you can't uninstall Netware.
  
  If it is your home PC or laptop, are you doing some networking studies that require the usage of Netware? If you answer to these 2 questions, do this:
  
  Start > Control Panel > Network Connections
  
  Find your internet connections (most common is the Local Area Connection). Right click and select Properties.
  
  Scroll down to the part where it says 'Connection uses the following'. Click on 'Client Services for Netware'
  
  Then press uninstall.

  it's my personal laptop, but i loaned it to my cousin a fewdays ago.so i waz shocked to find that the login screen became like that.

  Is he a student doing networking or a working officer who uses the laptop to connect to a coporate network?
  
  If it's yes, that most likely the presence of Netware. If you uninstall it, he will need to reconfigure it again.
