What type of "Wireless modem" to choose?

Since Singtel offer FREE broadband service, I'm going to buy a new wireless modem, but dun know how to choose.
btw, I'm using dekstop.

I don't think you can tap Wireless@SG from a HDB flat, unless you are living very near to some of the hotspots.

Wireless modem? There's several brands with built-in WiFi features like DLink, Planex, Belkin, Buffalo and LinkSys...
The modem would still be required to plug in in order to work...
But if you are trying to tap on the wireless network, get a WiFi adapter will do... Provided you are near these hotspots around the island...
