  Hi there.. haf ur played wif the starhub utilities before?
  
  I think mine has some problem as the average speed was 1.45mbps when i did the test.. when im using the 4mbps plan.. any idea wadz wrong? i wonder if it's becoz of the old modem that im using..

  Starhub cable internet, you have to share speed with other ppl....
