You can get second opinions of the 2 card models from the 2 manufacturers from reviews but if you are not particular about the manufacturers but just want to get a card and use it it shouldn't matter much.
Graphics card manufacturers have the rights from nVidia to make products from their patented chip design and concept but has no rights over the components and semiconductors, board or other discrete components used for the products assembly. Some manufacturers may have better and more dedicated manufacturing facilities, workforce and QC methods as compared to another. After sales servicing and RMA also serves as a strong selling point for individual card vendors.
I did some searching and Xpertvision is a trademark of Yuan High-Tech Development Co. Ltd. A name which may not be as well-known for outsiders of the semi-con industries when compared with the likes of MSI or Gigabyte.
Xpertvision Co InfoAs for Leadtek, most enthusiasts will never miss it as the trademark for Foxconn's range of graphics card products. Many subsidiaries and companies under the flagship name 'Foxconn' making and dealing with products ranging from metal formed and plastics to cables and semiconductors, and Foxconn's years of existence in supporting the OEM markets made the campany's name reknown.
I believe the Xpertvision card should work well. For assurance you may want to make a final check for reviews on compatibility issues of your motherboard with the graphics card which you are going to get.
