I think it's Singnet that's lagging.
I'm having a very noticeable lag in the loading of pages as well.
Some pages won't even load at all.

mine will too... but not singnet..pacnet instead... usually my web pages load fast but now takes quite a while

net speeds are likely affected by the undersea earthquake in taiwan. msn sign in no longer works on singnet.
