how come today's singnet so damn slow....

  i have no ideas why today morning when i tried to access the internet, the google page juz displays "the page cannot be displayed", and when i tried to access other website, it basically all load abt 1 min...which is very slow! including sgforums~

  What's your ISP? Singnet has published the reason why over they homepage. Starhub and pacnet like don;t hhave leh.
