How do I delete something like this?

  my computer canot find safe mode in setup lea....dunno why
  so i type msconfig and select /safeboot from the boot.ini and restart. then deselect it to normal startup

  it came with my WoW add-on called Cosmos. Everyone in a raiding guild has it. I dont know what combatcaller is.

  The directory is not empty. Weird error. So nothing to do with file in use. Rather, a whole directory of files is in use.
  
  If you are running WoW, exit it. Go to Task Manager and end all processes related to WoW.
