  i downloaded reg cure, veri good but u needa buy to fixed the problem
  
  anyway, the registry mechanic is free and no needa buy to fix the problems right? cos right now i using reseeker, dun seems to have any improve in anyway, and found no errors

  I use CCleaner for this purpose.
  
  Totally free, and multifunctional - it can clean out your memory cache and temporary files, clean up the registry, and has an uninstaller as well.

  Registry cleaners are a no-no if you know nothing about registry. Once something is gone, it's gone forever.
  
  And if you can't boot up, sorry, reformat. That's the only solution. If you are using XP, you can try a repair, though I have no idea if it would work.
