  I think the rules are changing after 2008? Can't remember. The rules changed so fast that I barely can catch up.
  
  Anyway, good luck for your O Levels. Remain consistent throughout your studies and you won't feel so stressful. Learn when to play is the most important thing.

  Yea the rules are changing for 2008's batch. No more first 3 months already, go straight to JC in january.

  Singapore will set some of the exam questions and they will be marked here, so that shortens the time needed for processing. And O Levels will be getting earlier as time passes, but definitely won't go earlier than September.
