I have no idea what's this. But it probably won't go well with Microsoft servers since it is using PHP. I've never heard of PHP scripts on Microsoft servers... maybe there's a mod for it.
What server are you using? Is it Apache?

After installed "osCAffiliate v2.0", I got this error message when I tried to signup as an affiliate:1146 - Table '******.affiliate_sales' doesn't exist
When I go to my phpadmin, worse! My "store configuration section" gone!

Hmm... creating a table is easy, but you first have to figure out where your database is first. Connect to the database, then create the table.code:
$sql = "CREATE TABLE books (
book_id INTEGER PRIMARY KEY,
book_title VARCHAR,
book_author VARCHAR,
book_pub_year INTEGER,
book_publisher VARCHAR,
book_read VARCHAR,
book_score VARCHAR,
