intermittent connection

ARGH, singnet is really getting on my nerves. like wth. my broadband connection is damn erratic and although the internet light is on and green the connection suddenly goes off i.e. dc by itself.
worst thing is im contracted till mar 2008. how dumb can i get. singnet totally sux. -
Last time I also got this problem... Then I call the singtel people to come and check.
