Maxonline HP Compaq Desktop promotion bad encounter..

Last month, I recontract my Maxonline for two years to get a free Compaq Desktop. As the Compaq Desktop comes with a free CRT monitor, it allows one to change the CRT monitor to LCD 15" monitor for 100+ and LCD 17" monitor for 180+.
As I do not need a LCD 17" monitor, I opted for a LCD 15" monitor. However, after a few weeks later, I was informed that HP don't have the LCD 15" monitor. I either opt for the LCD 17" monitor or stick with the free CRT monitor. Before I can say anything, the person who called me told me her supervisor is very busy and won't be able to talk to me.
Where can like that one. I'm left with no choice but to pay an additional 80 dollars for the LCD 17" monitor. -

Mine experience worst. HP contacted me but I was driving. So stop and called them, and was asked to call them. I called but auto answering machine. For the next few days, call them, leave messages, but no one relpied my call. Damn angry, wrote complain letter, then they decided to call me.

i cannot even leave a msg lo, call their hotline, then always full, den ask me leave voicemail, voicemall is full, den cut off my phone

registered in dec, came in end of feb, wtf
now seems also like that

Wa...seem like not only I have bad experience with them. I paid for delivery and they said the delivery company will call me to arrange. Think 1 week liao still no one call me to arrange.
In the meantime, SingTel launch its MIO...dunno can call StarHub and tell them I cancel my recontract and switch to MIO if I still don't hear anything from HP??? -

Pierre, why not you draft a proper letter to ST. forums.
The forumites here can help you vet the letter and correct for proper grammar.
Then we send it in, with all our names!
More powerful...imagine after the letter, instead of one person's name, it has 4-5 person's names in it.
This one when published will definitely put HP, on their feet!

it's HP...the customer service is terrible...my last encounter with them...they called back around 1 month after i made my complaint...

den the bus nv come, so i dulan as beri hot, hail a cab to go sch
the moment the taxi stop, the bus decided to come
