there is a sound recoding in windows.. and confirm its already installed in your windows.
basically its just recording it from your sound card.
1. on the system tray, double click volume control 2. click option-> properties 3. check "adjust volume for recording" 4. Tick all the boxes and then click ok 5. in the option. i assume u preferrred the recorded sound to be stero. check the box under stero
6.now, click start>run>input: sndrec32.exe 7. when u play sound in youtube, click the record button 8. click on the asme spot to stop it. 9. u can adjust volume in your volume control under "WAVE" coloumn so that the sound wont be loud, or buzzle.
after recording, change save it.. but its in wav form which takes alot of space. u can try converting it to mp3 or better compressions.
LAST, remember to set back the recoding sound back to "MIC"

mmm.....if Im not wrong, I read that it's not good to record from something. Because there will be quality loss from recording/ encoding. It is nice to get directly from source to preserve the quality.
