How come right click, all image became "bmp" file?

  I dun know what happen to my computer, now every time when I right click, try to save the images, all became "untitled" file name and "bmp" format, how come?
  
  Last time is not like that, I can save the image as original file name and original format.

  Try right clicking and selecting Save picture as.
