  OK, feeling bored, decided to test out some softwares for troubleshooting.
  
  UltraVNC is a remote support software, just like PCAnywhere.
  
  It's pretty easy to configure if you follow the manual. After configuring, you can start using. For those feeling bored and you have a home network, you can use it to disturb your family members.

  Been using that for a while...abit slow..but like u said easy to use and faster then pcanywhere

  My IT knowledge not quite power... power because of Google.

  MSI installer... that would install for Windows.

  Decided to add in another one last minute.
  
  They have no spywares, tried and tested. Softwares from Sourceforge are certified to be spyware-free.
