  help! i cant close my firefox bookmarks toolbar.
  
  even if i close, it will open by itself when i open firefox next time.

  Right click and select Bookmarks Toolbar.

  it worked!
  
  BUT! it will be there again when i close firefox and start again.
  also when i start firefox, it is not in maximize size.

  LOL... mine never leh... I have no bookmarks toolbar. You right click on that area again, make sure the Bookmarks Toolbar is not ticked. If you have other toolbars, it will show up as well, which probably explain why it always shows up.
  
  Just maximize it, close Firefox and start again. It will be maximized. Otherwise, change something with Firefox's shortcut.
  
  Right click on Firefox's shortcut and select Properties.
  
  Select the Shortcut tab.
  
  Under Run, select Maximized from the drop-down list.
  
  Click OK.
  
  Start Firefox again.

  Er, why dun u all compile all informations and helps on Firefox (as in a new thread)? So that the Firefox users can find that thread and no need to create one topic just to solve the qns on Firefox.

  Close Firefox.
  
  Then try this:
  
  Start > All Programs > Mozilla Firefox > Mozilla Firefox (Safe Mode)
  
  Follow the prompts. See if it works.
