Warning: For those who have little RAM (256MB or lesser), don't try this even though it's easy to use. It's going to lag your PC like hell. 512MB of RAM is recommended. -

Download managers can make a file download faster because they split the connections or use multiple connections. In LeechGet's case, it uses multiple connections, which some servers "see" it as an DoS attack, as this is one of the common ways to bring down a server.
