If it's directly via a browser, you might want to try a download accelerator. I've posted two, Download Express and LeechGet. Ito has suggested GetRight.
FlashGot is suggested by forumers who are using Firefox browsers.
If it's through a P2P program, then there's nothing much that you can do. -
