all these are hotlinking enabled.. but u must watch out for the file type allowed, space given, bandwidth given... max file size and how long the page load( below their website will indicate how long it generate the webpage. (the longer it tabes.. means the laggier)
good luck searching.. oh and also, DONT ever depend on them( keep serveral backup).. their server may crash and files may not recover. or sometimes they will terminate or restrict their service to you when can they cannot maintain their server. this is what happened to www.hostitwith.us and www.filebahn.com
some uplader site like.. filelodge.com have some script like... advertising the website before playing the MP3 file -
