Firstly, did this error occur on the drive that Windows is installed?
Secondly, how did you partitioned your hard disk? Did you delete any partitions and create new partitions? Did you format those new partitions (other than the one where Windows was installed on)?
Lastly, did this error occur on external storage devices such as external HDD or thumbdrives?
i had 3 partitions C D and E
C for usual use, D for nothing and E for songs. WHen I tried to open a song it froze for half a minute then told me the drive wasnt partitioned. Whn I reboot the comp say it is checking because my hard ware spoil, then it tried to recover the songs in E drive but many had not enough space or resources it said. then when it is done it says it has finished then it stays there, leaving me to reboot only to find it trying to recover everything on E drive again. Then I reformatted everything into 1 big C drive and lost all my files.
