How come some videos I d/l are upside down?

  The view I get is upside down.So people are like walking on ceilings...

  I think I remember another possible reason...a processing which made the video upside-down.
  
  Do you use any processing or filter chain to open up the video?
  
  Also, is the video previously processed/ encoded by someone else?
  
  If you cant figure out what made it upside-down, maybe you can just use an editor and flip it again.

  How do I use editor to flip it???
  
  I tried DivX,Real,Windows Media-all the same upside down effect

  Codec problem.
  
  Try downloading some popular codec packs like Nimo Codec pack etc and see if it works.
