Expensive VS Cheap power supply, which one u will buy?

Power Supply:
Antec 430w (true power) - $149
Cooler Master 450w - $111
ICute 500w (not true power) - $57
Which one u will decide?
Recently I'm using the cheapest power supply "ICute 500w", working fine, but how come some ppl will still prefer expensive power supply?
Want to hear ur opinion, those who using expensive power supply. -
Stable mah. Wah lau eh, one surge or outage and you can say sayonara.
Got one time, power got cut off, my HDD went to RIP. How bad was it you ask? When you shook the HDD, you know the needle was dangling somewhere. -

UPS = Uninterruptible Power Supply
It is a battery device that serves as a temporary power backup solution to a electronic system in case of power failure. The lower-end UPS should be able to last an hour before it run out of power without recharging.
